In a final wide panel, the tracksuit man walks out through the glass door into the quiet pre-dawn street, holding a single hot dog in a bun like a trophy. Inside, Kaito and Rin watch from behind the counter. The closing caption frames the premise of Dead Hours: where nothing matters, so anything can. The page resolves the chapter with a small absurd victory and a promise that the night shift will continue.

Sobre este capítulo
3:02 AM. A man rushes in demanding only the free hot dog from a buy-2-get-1-free promo, refusing to buy the two. The register can't process it, so he decides to wait out the clock until the promo resets at 4 AM. Rin films the whole thing. The promo simply ends, devastating him — and Kaito hands him one anyway. A tight, dumb, warm one-shot.
