Manga reads right to left, everywhere
Speech bubbles on manga pages sit beside whoever is talking, trailers follow the manga panel order, and readers see the reading direction the creator picked.
What changed. A series set to read right to left, like Japanese manga, now reads that way everywhere on Inkroost.
- Speech bubbles. When one character speaks alone in a panel, the bubble is drawn beside that character, with its tail pointing at them. Before, a lone line always went to the top right corner, even when the speaker stood on the left.
- Trailers and posters. The free Promo kit now visits the panels of a manga page from right to left, row by row, the way it is read. Animated episodes follow the same order.
- For readers. Every chapter header now shows the reading direction the creator picked, Right to left or Left to right, and the series page shows it too. New readers know where to start each page.
How to use it. Nothing to do. If your series should read left to right instead, change the reading direction in your series settings.
